• This one day in person workshop is designed to teach women how to birth easier and learn the most effective birthing positions. Know what to do if there is a stall, and optimize chances for an easier birth while reducing the chances for medical intervention.
• Couples will become empowered by understanding the anatomy and physiology of birth
• Body Ready Birth will teach you and your partner what to do and when so you can take the guess work out of birth.
• Partners will learn hands on techniques to best support their partner during birth.
• Couples will practice positions during the class and will understand which positions to use and when.
• Women will learn how to become more in tuned with their body during the birthing process and will learn the most effective pushing and breathwork techniques.
• Women will have access to an online exercise program to get her body ready for birth.

Whether you’re planning a natural birth or open to using an epidural, this one-day Body Ready Birth Method workshop will prepare your body, mind, and birth team for labor with less fear and more flow. This class is for women who want to understand exactly what to do during birth and for her partner to have the confidence to know how to support her!

Led by Sigi Sharabi, Occupational Therapist + Kim Campbell Ruguaru, FNP-C , both Pelvic Floor Clinicians, in active practice, this isn’t your average birth class—it’s interactive, supportive, and grounded in pelvic floor and whole-body wellness.

Our Body Ready Birth workshops are offered on an ongoing basis. This class is a must for birthing and for any woman who wants a VBAC! (vaginal birth after cesarean, {C-section})

With this 3 hour class every couple will have an understanding of what to do, the ‘why’ behind what to do and will learn what positions to use and when to use them. Your partner will also learn how to be an active participant and will learn what to do to confidently support your birth!
